As an example of how larger is not always better, the total floor space of this existing home was reduced during the renovation process. The overall effect, however, is a more open and airy space. The family gathering places connect to the kitchen, which was furnished with salvaged white pine. The expanded entryway allows eastern light to pour in through high windows. To increase the natural light and access to the site, windows, full light doors and a cupola lantern in the kitchen were added. We also worked closely with our client on the interior design, landscape design and construction phases to complete this beautiful renovation |
